Simple, transparent pricing
Your rate depends on your business, not on the network. No setup fee, no monthly fee. You only pay when money moves.

Deposits
of each confirmed deposit, by merchant type, or the network minimum fee, whichever is higher

Payouts
of each completed payout, one rate for every merchant type, or the network minimum fee, whichever is higher
Rates by merchant type
The same rate applies on every network. High-volume and partner rates are agreed with us based on your monthly volume.

What your rate pays for
Security first
Signing keys locked in hardware, a signer that only allows sweeps and payouts, and balances reconciled with the chain every 5 minutes.
We carry the loss
If a fault or breach in our own systems causes a loss, we cover it in full. A guarantee only counts if it can be paid, and our pricing is set so we can.
No hidden costs
No setup fee, no monthly fee. Network costs are already in your fee, and every quote is exact before the money moves.
Fees by network
Every fee is your rate × the amount, or the network's minimum fee, whichever is higher. Minimums cover the on-chain cost of sweeping and paying out on each network.
| Network | Tokens | Min. deposit fee | Min. payout fee | Min. deposit | Min. payout |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| USDT | 2 USDT | 3 USDT | 10 USDT | 20 USDT | |
| USDT | 0.1 USDT | 0.1 USDT | 5 USDT | 5 USDT | |
| USDT, USDC | 2 USDT | 3 USDT | 20 USDT | 20 USDT | |
| USDT, USDC | 0.1 USDT | 0.1 USDT | 5 USDT | 5 USDT | |
| USDT, USDC | 0.1 USDT | 0.1 USDT | 5 USDT | 5 USDT | |
| USDT, USDC | 0.1 USDT | 0.1 USDT | 5 USDT | 5 USDT | |

Minimum fees follow network costs (for example TRX and gas prices) and may be adjusted. Amounts are in USDT; the same applies to USDC. Get the exact fee for any amount with GET /v1/quote.
Frequently asked questions
Why do deposits cost more than payouts?
A deposit is more work: a dedicated address for every player, round-the-clock monitoring, confirmation and screening of every incoming transfer, and sweeping the funds to your vault. A payout is one transfer from your vault, so it has one flat rate for everyone.
Why do rates differ by merchant type?
iGaming platforms usually see many small deposits and need closer screening, so their deposit rate is higher. High-volume merchants get a lower rate because the fixed costs are spread over more volume. Talk to us to see which rate fits your business.
How fast are deposits credited?
As soon as the deposit reaches the required confirmations on its network, we send a signed deposit.confirmed webhook. On most networks this takes seconds to a few minutes.
Do you hold our funds?
Confirmed deposits are swept to your merchant vault. Payouts are sent from your vault balance, and every movement is recorded in a double-entry ledger you can query through the API.
Who is responsible if funds are lost?
We are, when the cause is on our side. If a fault in iCryptoNow's own systems (address generation, signing, sweeping, payouts, servers or ledger) causes a loss, we cover it in full. Losses that start on your side, such as API calls made with keys leaked from your systems or deposit addresses changed on your platform, are outside our scope.
Why is there a minimum fee?
Every sweep and payout costs network fees (TRON energy, gas). The minimum fee covers that cost on small amounts, so the percentage rates stay low for everyone else. Minimums follow network costs and are listed per network above; GET /v1/quote always returns the exact fee for your account.
What happens to a deposit below the minimum?
It is recorded and reported to you with a deposit.below_min webhook, but not credited. Contact us and we will help resolve it.
How do webhooks work?
We POST a signed JSON event to your HTTPS endpoint for every deposit and payout status change, and retry with backoff for up to 24 hours until you respond with 2xx.
